- Tokenomics, Distribution, and Vesting: xfatBERA is minted by wrapping fatBERA, which is minted by staking BERA. There was no initial distribution or other tokenomics.

- Token Type: LST. xfatBERA is an autocompounding wrapper for fatBERA, which is a BERA LST associated with a group of THJ-affiliated validators. xfatBERA peg is maintained through liquidity provisioning in a Kodiak Island and soon through redemptions. xfatBERA can be unwrapped to fatBERA, which soon will support validator staking withdrawals to redeem for BERA.

### Why this contract matters

Q. How will this contract benefit Berachain?  
A. This vault incentivizes buying & staking BERO and BERA. This vault serves as the first microfund in Beradrome’s Bivot strategy, an important stage in the development of one of the OG Berachain projects.

Q. Will it deepen liquidity for a major ecosystem token (e.g., BERA, core stable asset)?  
A. Yes, BERA

Q. Does it enable important trading pairs that drive adoption or integrate with other Berachain projects?  
A. Yes, this will be the first in a series of similar style vaults for our partners across the ecosystem

### TVL expectations

1. We have started with $100k and hope that will grow as the proof of concept is shown to work.

2. ApDAO have committed their stake of ~$80k for the first month
